Coconut Oil


Have you heard all the wonderful things about coconut oil? If you haven't, let me fill you in. Not only is coconut oil a great healthy substitute to use when you're cooking, it's really good for your skin and hair. You can use it as a daily moisturizer on your skin and when it comes to your hair you can use it once a week as a deep conditioner. At night take your hair and douse it in oil; keep it in over night and wash it in the morning. So if you didn't know this before, now you know the miracle of coconut oil.
