Biotin
A week or so ago, I had a friend ask what she could do to help in the process of growing her hair out. My answer is this. Be good to your hair. Even though you are growing your hair out, you still will want to get it trimmed; maybe just not as often and don't cut as much off. When you get split ends it starts at the bottom of your hair and splits up the shaft, causing your hair to brake off. If you're not trimming your hair, you risk getting more split ends, causing brittle hair and breakage. Everyone hair is different, so you just have to be aware of when it's time to get a trim. The second thing I suggest is Biotin. It's a vitamin that is noted for it's assistance in hair growth. And don't forget your coconut oil. Dry hair breaks off as well, so anything you can do to keep your hair moisturized is worth a try. Good luck!
